Also you can go to the actual brand website once you have tried the items and like them. You can
buy them off the website in larger quanties and just freeze them. Its cheaper.
Any UDI brands, the white bread, pizza crust and the muffins taste like normal. (Alot of the times gluten
free items taste like cardboard). We take the Lemon or Chocolate Muffins with icing and sprinkles to birthday
parties s an alternatives.
Bob Mills Rolled Oats (for Oatmeal), Bob Red Mills Pancake Mix (I make my own now and store it in an
airtight container)
Agave Nectar (replaces Regular syrup-the high fructose corn syrup) Good for pancakes or in coffee.
Glutino Gluten Free Pretzels
Rosemary & Thyme Foccacia from Canyon Bakehouse. DELICIOUS!!! Found at Whole Foods
Crunch Master Multigrain Crackers (at Sams or Costco) great with Hummus.
Apple Crisps (Costco)
Sprouts Homemade Sausage is gluten free, no perservatives
All Applegate meat products are gluten free, no perservatives, no nitrates.
Sprouts has a bulk bin of all kinds of healthy snacks
Rice Milk Shreds Cheese (We use this for quick pizza)
Rice Milk or Almond milk
Tofu (to cook tofu, just put a little olive oil in the skillet, slice the extra firm tofu into cubes or little flat
squares, once the oil is hot at the tofu cook until brown on each side. After good and brown add Barbque
sauce or sesame oil or what every marinate flavoring you want)
Chex Gluten Free Cereral. The cinnamon is my girls favorite. (Krogers, Tom Thumb)
