Prepping for the week, part 2

Hey Friends,



















I thought I would show you one of the kits in action.  One kit fed 7 people (3 adults, 2 children and 1 toddler) and enough for leftovers.  I added grilled chicken,  1 sweet potato and some sunflower sprouts to the kit. I also added rice.  Very Yummy and took about 15 mins to fix. Dump in the skillet with some Extra Virgin Olive oil and saute. Cook the rice simultaneously, in another pot..  If you don't have the sprouts, you can add just sweet potatoes and dried cranberries for a sweet flavoring. See its simple, clean and fresh.
